Patricia Patterson

Patricia Patterson's novel, Uncertain Choices, was released August 2008. She's published her poetry, short stories, and essays in newspapers, magazines, books, and online. She's written articles for Loft Life Magazine and facilitated critique groups. She has studied at various workshops including The Paris Writers Workshop in France and earned her Certificate of Creative Writing from Kennesaw State University.

Richard Krevolin

Richard Krevolin went to Yale University where he earned his undergraduate degree. He went on to earn a master's degree in Screenwriting at UCLA's School of Cinema-Television, and a master's degree in playwriting and fiction from USC. For 15 years, he was an adjunct Professor of Screenwriting at USC Cinema/TV School. He has authored the books, Screenwriting From The Soul (St. Martin's Press), Pilot Your Life(Prentice-Hall) and How To Adapt Anything Into A Screenplay (Wiley & Sons).

Roger Pinckney

Roger Pinckney is a two time winner of the South Carolina Fiction Prize... for writing non-fiction! Pinckney's mantra "You just can't make this sh-- up", has served him well.  He faithfully records sometimes inconvenient facts, but artfully enhances and rearranges them so they read like carefully crafted fiction.

Ron Miller


Ron Miller grew up in Lake City, Florida not far from the fabled Suwannee River. There, in the valley of the Suwannee, he explored, with his friends, the pine forest and gum swamps where he experienced many exciting adventures.

Steve Berry

Steve Berry lives on the Georgia coast, and though (after 29 years) he no longer practices law, he's still active in local politics, having served on the Camden County Board of Education and currently serving as one of five members of the Camden County Board of Commissioners. Steve has been writing since 1990, and though his undergraduate degree is in political science it was Steve's long time interest in history that led to him writing international suspense thrillers.

Taylor Schoettle

Taylor was born in Philadelphia. He received a BS degree in Zoology from Pennsylvania State University and a MS degree in Physiology from the University of Pennsylvania. He taught biology and related subjects for over two decades at the college, high school, and middle school levels. Teaching gave Taylor great satisfaction, but he never appreciated having to give (or receive) grades; they do not belong in education. While teaching, he amassed a collection of birds and snakes with which he gave lectures.

Terry Dickson

Terry Dickson a native of Anderson, S.C. served as an infantry sergeant in Vietnam during parts of 1971 and 1972 and attended Anderson College in his hometown. He entered the newspaper industry in fall of 1972 as a darkroom technician at the Anderson Independent Mail and four years later became the photo chief. In 1982, he began work as a sports writer and columnist, government reporter and photographer at the semi-weekly Elberton Star in Elberton, Ga.

Tom Dennard

Tom is the author of Born a Ramblin' Man, (non-fiction 2007), Discovering Life's Trails, (non-fiction-1993), and Buzzards Roost, (novel-1996). He is also the Adventure Editor of Splash Magazine.

Tom was born in Pineview, Georgia and attended Davidson College, North Carolina. He graduated from University of Georgia Law School and
practices for Nightingale, Liles, Dennard & Carmical Law Firm,

Vic DiGenti

After working as a producer, director, fundraiser, and producer of the Jacksonville Jazz Festival, Vic DiGenti turned to his first love-writing. He wrote three adventure/fantasies with a feline protagonist. His novels-Windrusher, Windrusher and the Cave of Tho-hoth, and Windrusher and the Trail of Fire-have won multiple awards and attracted readers of all ages. Vic's unpublished manuscript, Matanzas Bay, a mystery/suspense novel set in St. Augustine, won the 2007 Josiah W. Bancroft, Sr. Award.

Victoria Ridgeway Gillis

Victoria Ridgeway Gillis graduated from North Georgia College with a BS degree in Biology [1968] and from Emory University with an MAT in Secondary Science Education [1969]. She taught science courses including life science, chemistry, physics, and physical science in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina.
